Why we collect secure information and what we do with it
We ask for sensitive information on this questionnaire because it will be needed to verify your identity and to complete paperwork if/when we write business with you. There are many regulations in the financial services industry and those rules require that we ‘know our customer.’
If you do not want to provide sensitive information on this form, that is understandable. You may be asked to provide it later in person, but we do not require you to submit it electronically if you would prefer not to.
We will not share this information with anyone except with your permission (if/when you write business with us.)
